    It was just a nice choice for strolling in Ensenada with great value-to-price ratio. The balcony was barely existent, disappointing. Make sure to confirm amenities before arrival.

    The room itself was comfortable and the hotel was clean. Location: the property was very close to the restaurants for breakfast serving and the restaurants to eat, beach, and the sea. Also, it was 5 min drive from Aduana de Ensenada. The stay was really great.

    Great location, but service needs work

    So we stayed one night and the hotel was right by the ocean, awesome! The room was spacious and clean. But, wow, the service was really off. Took ages to get drinks at the bar, and housekeeping went overboard with bleach-pretty overwhelming! The brunch was nice tho! Would've loved better service.

    Fine Ocean Views and Great Location

    I was thrilled with the spacious beautiful ocean room that offered fine views of the Pacific. The brunch was amazing, with a variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is perfect-close to downtown yet in a peaceful area. The lack of complimentary breakfast was a disappointment.

    The lucerna hotel has a fantastic location right on the pacific ocean. The beautiful ocean room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a lovely full patio. Brunch was excellent, and the staff really stood out for their friendliness. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and spa tub !

    The dining situation, especially the breakfast spread, was delicious and hit all the right notes! The pool area seemed like a mini paradise, perfect for a chill afternoon. And can I just say, the views from the beautiful ocean room are to die for!

    The bar service was hit or miss, we had to hunt down the waiter for our orders, and the jacuzzi was a no-go when we were counting on it.
